Daikoku Pet-friendly Holidays

Very strict with check out time at 10am. Knocked on our door in the am and threatened to charge us a mentally fee if we don’t vacate room in 10mins. Doesn’t help to bring luggages into our room, just left them out on the lobby accessible to the public.

Full equipped apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including 2 teens 15 and 17. Easy walking distance to 3 metro stations which covered ever major attraction. Grocery and convenience stores nearby and many great restaurants including the stock standard western Pizza hit, Dominos and Mc Donald’s if needed. Very clean and tidy . Everything you need for a 8 night break cooking breakfast in the morning and relaxing at the end of a long day . Bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo and conditioner and a bath which was great to dusk your feet after all the walking. We would definately stay again. Best location.

Perfect for a family! Clean, quiet, accommodating, great location, friendly staff — felt like we were in our own apartment for the week. Had just enough things we needed — we opted for a larger room with separate bedroom. Having our own washer meant bringing less clothes. Very close to convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

Very good pleace in a very good location

If you're a nerd and think you'd spend the majority of your time in Akihabara anyways, this is the nicest hotel there. It was super convenient being able to stop back at my room multiple times a day while shopping, winning prizes at crane games, or just wanting to use a private bathroom in between everything. The train station was less than ten minutes away. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee and tea, but it was not a buffet. If I could do it over again, I'd save money getting breakfast at McDonalds every morning.

Stayed for 15 days and had a very good overall experience. The hotel is located in Kawasaki, about 45 minutes by train from central Tokyo, which may not be ideal if you want to be close to major attractions. However, it’s very convenient for Haneda Airport. The area is lively, with many bars nearby along Nakamise Street. At night, there are people inviting customers into bars, which might feel uncomfortable for some. We added the breakfast service, but the limited 5–6 options stayed the same throughout our stay and became repetitive, so we ended up eating at konbini from around day 10 onward. There is a free small kitchen/common area on the 10th floor with a coffee machine, water dispensers, various teas, a microwave, and a toaster. It’s quite small and can get crowded. There’s also a terrace, but we couldn’t enjoy it since we stayed in winter. Overall rating: 5/5. Great choice if you prioritize airport access over being in central Tokyo.
