"Great convenient location, staff was exceptional. We arrived back in Yokohama early (from the cruise) and the hotel let us store our luggage until we checked in later, so we were able to walk around w/out our large suitcases!! "

"Large clean and quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent. Subway to Yokohama is in the basement of the same building (Queen's Square). Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. "

"Very aesthetic and clean with many activities/amenities offered on the premises. Great view of the wharf! I will note that the restaurant/bar on the 5F closes at 8PM which was a bit of a bummer since that’s pretty early. Furthermore, I think that all of the restaurants could expand on their menus. Not much to do in the area and the walk to the nearest station is 15 minutes. "
