I paid for a suite expecting a certain standard of accommodation, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The suite had no washing machine or dryer and no microwave, which I would have expected given the price and type of accommodation advertised. When we needed to heat our food we were directed downstairs to a shop you access the microwave. Housekeeping was also disappointing, with only the bare necessities being attended to. The chairs near the bar were in very poor condition and certainly didn't reflect the standard I would expect from Rydges. Overall, the experience fell well short of my expectations. For the price paid, I expected much better facilities, cleanliness and presentation. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
