Clean & quiet room. Good breakfast spread. Staff at restaurant need to be more attentive to hotel guests instead of chatting amongst themselves.

We booked the (family) triple room , only problem is the shower where the bathtubi is,no ahower curtains, so its quite wet after u finished using the shower, but otherwise the toom is roomy enough for the 3 of us, not too noisy , though its not really soundproofed, The staff are helpful, friendly, polite. The area is safe.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did. From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here. By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel. Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS.

Be sure to ask for inside room! Park next to hotel has dancing and exercise in am and pm. Very noisy.
