I am glad I had a tour guide who spoke Korean because he helped us check in and find where to park and the condo. It was very confusing for me.

Nice Haeundae beach-side hotel with a beautiful views. Excellent, well-equipped as a residence hotel. Clean and roomy. Super-kind staffs. One of the best residence hotels I've ever stayed. Highly recommendable!

Once you get to the room it’s great, the check in process though is confusing, it’s a small desk on level B4 so so when you enter you have to figure out how to find that without much assistance, but once we did the check in was quick and the rooms are amazing, place is very busy but that makes sense since it’s gigantic with probably several thousand people staying there at anytime.

The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down.

Beach view was beautiful!!. Staff was extremely helpfull. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the trational market. The only drawback was too many restaurants to choose😄. Will definitely recommend to all our friends. 👍👍

Hotel advertises about their indoor and outdoor pools without advising guests of additional cost for pool usage. It’s disappointing to find this out after checking in and they never mentioned that in door pool was under constructions. Receptionists, concierge, door man and house maid were very fast efficient and attentiveness!

Did not do the breakfast buffet nut ordered room service breakfast which was very good. The waterhouse hot springs was excellent and everything else was very nice.

We had 2 nights at the Grand Wyndham Busan and we were very impressed. The hotel is great and the rooms are wonderful. The corner room bathrooms are really impressive and exactly as they are in the photos on line. We were really impressed with the location the views from the 19th floor across the harbour and bridge especially at night when it was all lit up. Staff very really helpful and fitted us in to the restaurant after we forgot to book.

Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes. Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

The address for this hotel is for the parking garage, so my taxi driver had difficulty locating it. The hotel is very close to Nampo station Exit 1. This station is only a few stops from Busan station. Also note: checkin is done on the 2nd floor. Nothing indicates tbat at the entrance. The hallway on the 4th floor is somewhat forbidding. But the room, which faced the back of the hotel gives a good view of Busan Tower and a small temple, was fine although it was spartan. The mattress was very firm. The comforter was clean and comfortable. The refrigerato was larger than is usual in hotel rooms, so keeping food was convenient and easy. Rooms do not have microwave ovens. However, a general use microwave is available on the 2nd floor. Tbe bathroom was very clean. It was a wet bathroom. Water was very hot. Water pressure was good. Please note, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are available. Other personal care products are not standard, but you can ask for them. Tbe location is excellent! Walking distance to Lotte Mall, many restaurants, shopping of other types, transportation (Nampo Station, Exit 1), Yodulsan Park, Busan Tower, Jalgachi Fish Market, street markets, maritime museum, and plenty of other attractions Rooms are definitely no frills. The staff is helpful. Maps of the Jung-go area are available in English and Korean. If you don't mind a no-frills place to sleep, this would be a good place to stay. I was here for 8 days.

Nice area and close to the Busan station. The staff are friendly too. Note that no shower towels are provided but they provide the small hand towels. The staff were nice about providing more towels when we requested it.
