Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

First impression not good. We arrived at the hotel, 2 porters were standing there, one helped to unload luggage from our Grab, and left them on the ground, not even took them to the lift for us. No courtesy, no words, no strong gesture to make us feel that they wanted to give us a welcoming signal.
