si eres expedia gold, te ascienden a premium level, el cual es excelente, muchos buenos beneficios. la playa del hotel está muy bien mantenida, al igual que todas las instalaciones, especialmente la parte de adults only. me encanto el hotel, aunque los edificios un poco antiguos, estan muy bien conservados. RECOMIENDO EL RESTAURANTE CHEZ, que es excelente, Los otros son regulares

First time there and all I can say is WOW!! Everyone and I mean everyone treated us incredibly well. The pool was excellent. The bars were great. The entertainment was top notch. The food was very good. We ate at the steakhouse and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the housekeeping staff did a good job. Amable, our concierge was fantastic. Any need was immediately taken care of. Our questions were answered promptly. He kept us informed. The check in was a bit slow but it was no problem. We will definitely be back.

No Recomiendo la Transposición hacia el Aeropuerto GRAYLINE Nunca me recogieron para mi regreso y ya estaba Pago Nunca me respondieron y Pasé un Mal Rato y Me asusté porque Me tuvieron que Prestar $30 para poder regresar al Aeropuerto y Por Poco Pierdo Mi Vuelo por Su Culpa tengo recibo de Taxista que le tuve que Pagar $30 se lo envié a la Página de Whatsaap de GRAYLINE y Me ignoraron No se la recomiendo a Nadie lo hicieron a Propósito para robarme Mi Dinero eso le baja la reputación al Hotel porque fue recomendado por este app de Espidia fue horrible esta experiencia

The most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken. The staff is great and friendly. The spa was so nice we went twice for massages. I’m already planning to go again.

WOW, JUST WOW!! What and FANTASTIC experience!!! WE WILL RETURN!!! I'll try to be as succinct as possible. We chose the upper floor suite, non ocean view: 1-Staff is AMAZING! 2-Grounds are BEAUTIFUL and well maintained 3-Pool and beach are pristine 4-Shows at theater were fun 5- Accommodations were wonderful (really like the stocked fridge and coffee/bar area 6-24hr room service with access to food and adult beverages 7-Access to the other Iberostar resorts (Waves & Selection) 8-Buffet was delicious (breakfast lunch and dinner) with themed, cultural foods 9-All inclusive also includes no tipping necessary (although we did tip). Tipping is really not expected by the staff 10-Karaoke of "The Ship" 11-Disco and casino at neighboring resorts 12-24 hr snacks at the bar 13-LOTS of activities available FAIR WARNING! 1-PLEASE bring DEET or purchase a bug repellent when you arrive. The sand flies (no-see-ums) are RELENTLESS! 2-Fridays can get loud if your room has the pool view (AND FUN) in the afternoon (pool party with DJ) 3-If you order lobster, ask if it is in season. If it is not, it will be they 'younger lobster' (not what the USA is used to) 4-If you us a pick-up service, book your return to airport pick-up as soon as possible GREAT JOB JOIA BAVARA!!!!
