Mexico and Central America Romantic Holidays

We are a couple from Miami that went to this hotel back in 2022 and we had a wonderful time, we are sorry to say that this time was not the same, we had a good time but not what we expected. The food needs to be improved, the day and night entertainments are not the same, the hotel is clean and the ocean was wonderful (no seaweed at all) that was great. I have no complaints from any of the employees, they all work very hard and they are always very pleasant specially Leo at the Lobby Bar. The night shows were not good except the candlelight night, and there was no live music every night like they had before. We love going to Cancun, but we will choose a different hotel next time!

The staff were very welcoming and very accommodating to ensure a great week was had. Excellent service was everywhere at the resort from Oscar and Andre at the check-in desk in the Premier Lounge to Daniel at Bordeux ,who went above and beyond as our server, to Jerry and Jullian took great care of us at the Premier Club Pool. Everyone worked great together to ensure it was a good experience. We would highly recommend the resort and would easily stay there again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The staff truly made our vacation enjoyable. A very special thank you to Jose! He was the life of the party and the heart of the entertainment team. He brought so much energy, encouraged everyone to interact, laugh, and have fun together. He has an amazing personality and knows exactly how to get guests involved and enjoying themselves. Honestly, if Jose hadn’t been there, I think we would have been bored. He made our experience unforgettable, and we can’t thank him enough for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to come back!

When you first arrive and see the hotel, it looks a bit dated, and you might start to wonder if you made the right choice. But then you're greeted by an incredibly friendly staff, delicious food, great amenities, and an overall atmosphere that makes you feel like you picked the perfect hotel out of hundreds of options. One thing I wish I'd known sooner is that not all of the restaurants are open every day. Some operate on odd/even days, and others are closed on Sundays. I just wish I'd had more tacos and ceviche because they are *so* good! We will definitely be coming back to Fiesta Americana Condesa!
