The hotel was ideal for concert at Wembley however the lift was out of service. I was on the 5th floor so bit of a trek up to my room not ideal if you have mobility issues. The room was also insufferably hot and couldn’t get the aircon working only found out at check out that the controls were in reception and you had to request to have it turned on.

First time I have stayed at the Dorsett Hotel. Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean and Air con worked. Staff were nice and helpful. Bar had a very good range of drinks and the Cocktail menu was good. The only thing that was strange, the room I was staying faced towards the Bar area, so you have to leave the curtains closed . If you don’t mind that then I would recommend
