“The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.”

“The spacious kitchen was easy to use and met our expectations. However, there were two disappointing aspects in the bathroom. One was that the exhaust fan didn't work. The other was that the sink drain tended to get clogged. Also, since the shop downstairs is open 24 hours, noisy young people occasionally show up at night.”

“We had an ok stay in the apartment. We loved that it was so central with approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the tube (the central line), which makes it very central. The neighborhood was very quiet and the apartment was spacious. The apartment could have been cleaner and we found leftover old meat and crumbles in the airfryer. "The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the terminals. The room is a little small, but it is perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The breakfast is excellent, and I would highly recommend adding it to your booking. However, the carpet is quite thick, which makes it difficult to pull large or heavy luggage. I actually hurt my left arm and shoulder while trying to move my suitcase across it. This is something the hotel may want to consider, especially for guests travelling with large luggage."

"Spacious room. Clean and well maintained. Only basic amenities were supplied but was sufficient. Bed was too soft for my liking but it was a large bed. Aircon was cold enough. Hotel was quiet and car park was easily accessible. Airport bowl is directly opposite so if need be, there’s one chicken fast food place to eat there. All in all, I am happy with my stay and will recommend if you need to be close to Heathrow airport."
