「We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal」

「My room did not have any shampoo/conditioner so I had to reach out to the hotel staff. It did take some time to receive any (approx. a few hours), but they did fulfill the request.
They locking your own luggage away before check-in feels a bit unsafe. Anyone with the door code to the luggage room can come in to the luggage room where your stuff is. Also, we had some issues where others were trying to get us to open the door for them or tried to follow us into the lobby.」

「Un logement très bien placé pour visiter Londres. Le métro se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et beaucoup de commerces et restaurants sont à 7 minutes à pieds. Rue très calme et non passante.
Malheureusement l’isolation est à revoir .. Que ce soit à l’extérieur du bâtiment ou à l’intérieur. Si vous avez des voisins vous ne dormirez pas beaucoup, mur et plancher sont une feuille de papier ..
Le logement est très propre, assez grand pour quelques jours. Lit confortable, douche également.」

「I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month.
Positive side
- Offers some excellent free amenities
- Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus
- Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven.

「The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great.」
