「We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more.」

「We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing.
Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel.
The BEDS were where this place has so much room for improvement. Probably the most important part...

「The owner did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was afwully bad.
We left after the first night and asked the owner for refunding the other 2 nights. She was sleeping, her husband didn't know anything. We are still waiting for a reaction and a refund. Vey disappointed knowaanythhing」
