“The hotel was nice, so was my suite. Waiting to check in 5 hours after an overnight flight from Chicago - not happy with that. I also booked this property because of pool access. The first day they cheerily told me the elevator to the pool wasn't working but would be fixed "the next day." I was there six nights and it was still not working when I left.”

“The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. ”

“The room was ok; fairly no frills. Clean which is the main thing. The back of the hotel (by the rear car park) needs a lick of paint or (better) a facelift - it prompted deep concern as to what it would be like inside, given how drab it looks from the outside. To our surprise, actually ok once at reception and in to the room. Restaurant was fine, service was fine. Would stay there again if I have an early flight from Heathrow and am looking for a cheaper option.”
