「Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh.」

「Bridge Hotel is a fairly simple hotel but with comfortable room and quiet neighborhood. Though it may be a bit far from city center of London (around 45 mins by tube), the tube station (Greenford station) is a 15 mins walk from the hotel. While the hotel room is relatively small (which includes a small bathroom needless to say) and some equipment like lockers/refrigerators are missing, you can feel quite like home.
