Staff and hotel were excellent. Great customer service. One down side was that i noted tables and counter tops in the lounge area were never wiped down. I spent 5 days in the lounge working while my mother recovered in our hotel room from heart surgery. In that time span, I noted many many people eating and drinking, including myself and I never once saw a table being wiped down. I saw the same drink and food stains everyday. Other than this one observation, I would stay here and again and recommend to all of my friends.

What a great stay, we loved the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful, great atmosphere, and had everything we would need, including an amazing breakfast. We liked the neighborhood, it’s a bit of a trek to get into central London if that what you’re wanting, but very easy, even with two kids in tow. Loved exploring Kew gardens right across the river and had a lovely walk down the canal right outside the hotel. Try the Indian food across the street, loved it.

The location is great. Lots of good restaurants close by, beautiful locks, and access to walking. The rooms need upgrading, so they come across as rough along the edges. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I had a patio room and the patio was wonderful. Close to Heathrow. Adequate breakfast.

The breakfast was refreshed on a regular basis which kept it fresh. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that there was only one lift in operation as the other was not in use.
