"It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing! "
"Personable and helpful staff; compact but efficiently designed rooms with a few surprising bonus features (e.g. room lights can be controlled from the bed, convenient roll down shades, window can be opened for fresh air, large towels); only negative is sketchy area Hounslow; exceeded expectations for a budget hotel - Bottom line: Would stay again!"
"The rooms and hotel itself were really nice. Staff were excellent and very kind to us. They helped us understand the train system and anything else we needed help with. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. Definitely booking here again the next time we go to London."
"It’s in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. But hands down, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast! There were plenty of options to choose from, including healthy choices and hearty favorites. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm, attentive, and made mornings feel extra special.
Highly recommended for anyone who values a comfortable stay and a top-notch breakfast experience."
