「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

「Overdelivered in every respect. From check in where our dogs were welcomed with their own beds and hamper, to a delicious dinner in a lovely atmosphere, followed by a night in an incredibly comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast.....we loved it all.」

「We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow.」
