「Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou 」

「The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.」

「We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow.」
