「Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way」

「wonderful property located so conveniently to the Hampton Court! Restaurant is TERRIFIC. Service was wonderful. My complaint is the lack of support at reception being unattended. Also, the room we were given had no AC and a sink that was @ 6 inches x 4 inches... impossible for a wash.」
