Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay .

Lovely Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not a far walk from some good restaurants and is right across the street from a lovely park. I bit far from the train station but a doable walk. Would definitely stay again.

For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.

Staff was very friendly and would help if you had questions on how to get around the area and to get to london. The only issue was that AC and heater was controlled by front desk and you had to call whenever it needed to be adjusted

Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.
