“I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a holding deposit that had not been mentioned in the listing or prior communication. With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
