“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……

“Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”

“Booked a compact room and it is exactly how you would imagine. If you plan on staying out and exploring then this would be perfect for you. Room was clean and had a desk, TV, sink, microwave, fan, and mini fridge. The only downsides were the narrow staircase, the noises, and the bed. We were on the third level which has a very narrow staircase making it hard to navigate with luggage. “There was no TV remote and although the staff was friendly they did not ever provide a remote, nor did they clean the room mid-stay - which I did not know about before hand - but if they asked which day to provide housekeeping, I think they should have followed through after offering it”

“Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out. Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside. This issue was worsened by the terrible A/C in the room which meant either the room was too hot, or the window was open and the noise was unbearable. I would also add that safety could……
