「The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...

「A beautiful residence in a wonderful neighbourhood location, close to museums, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, shopping, 2 central Tube stations, restaurants, and more. The room was very clean and quiet, with great amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer) and staff are very helpful. Would definitely book this again!」

「There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.」
