“The unit was very nice but the weather was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lift was not working which made it difficult to drag luggage down. It was very difficult getting messages returned from the hotel. I would probably give it another chance.”

“Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations.
I just wish they had daily room service.
Other than than, great place, great value”

“Clean room. Big bed. There was no elevator but still nice. Updated bathroom. No air conditioner but there was one installed into our unit”

“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”
