「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug.

「Big room and good mattress only」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
