“Super clean, great location, excellent communication from host. Check in/out was super easy, which was wonderful when you land jet lagged and tired in a huge city. Lots of amenities nearby including grocery stores and a couple of great coffee shops. Westfield is a very short walk, Shepards Bush is an even shorter walk. This is a great stay for families.”

“As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small but fine for two people. The location is great - within about 15 minutes walk you can get to Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station, which gives great access to the city sights. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. It is just down the road from a fire station and police station, but we didn't hear a lot of sirens. The hosts are communicative and were helpful in fixing a couple of small issues that came up during the stay.……

“Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back.”

“StarNest Shepherd’s Bush is a fantastic, modern retreat that perfectly balances style and comfort. The apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality finishes and an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. Its location is ideal, situated on a quiet residential street just minutes away from the Tube. I particularly appreciated the seamless digital check-in and the lightning-fast Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting……
