“Bridge Hotel is a fairly simple hotel but with comfortable room and quiet neighborhood. Though it may be a bit far from city center of London (around 45 mins by tube), the tube station (Greenford station) is a 15 mins walk from the hotel. While the hotel room is relatively small (which includes a small bathroom needless to say) and some equipment like lockers/refrigerators are missing, you can feel quite like home. This is partly because the bed is ridiculously big when comparing with the size……

“If you want a luxury hotel at an affordable price this is the best hotel in London to go to. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Front desk staff was great and the whole staff was nice. They go over and beyond which isn’t something I am used to. Afternoon tea was amazing there. Location is right near the Tube station and near a lot of attractions.”

“Arrived London early at 8 am
am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning.
While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet.
Wish……

“這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地 墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe……
