I'm from Curaçao and this was my first time in London. Let's start first that I got a nice upgrade, the staff made all the possible that i feel confort and welcome The bed and the room was nice and comfy. The area was excelent close to the Victoria station 5 min walking, a lot of restaurants 100 of 10. I will come once again and definitely I will stay here. Thx guys for this wonderful vacation

Very simple place to stay for a transit day. The rooms are very small but they aren't hiding that. You know what you're getting and for a layover night, it's perfect. Everything is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff are polite and helpful and it's very nearby to the train and bus station .

Good value for money, the rooms are small but great location and base to explore London from! The bed only came with one pillow but upon asking reception another was provided, and hairdryers are by request as well. I’d recommend this hotel for short stays but not to long as there isn’t much room to store luggage in the room and can be awkward to access it in the room!

I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the plumbing, which was modern and functioned exceedingly well. Air conditioner worked but was not needed. Window could be opened - excellent! Room was cramped but adequate for a single guest with only cabin baggage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was the smallest we have ever had. That being said, it was very close to Victoria station which made it very convenient getting around London. The room was clean and the bathroom was functional. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We knew the room was going to be small, but knowing and living it for a week was a little harder than expected.

I chose this hotel because I needed to catch an early morning bus from Victoria Coach Station. If you only need a place to take a shower and sleep, it is acceptable. The room is extremely compact — perhaps a little too compact. The location is very convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and places to eat nearby. Victoria Coach Station is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Amed was very friendly and helpful. Room were like a small cube, with the shower and toilet all in the same space. Very had to take a shower when your just inches away from the toilet and the sink.

A great area for exploring. Staff really helpful. I had a v small room on the lower ground floor which was very clean with a non opening window but the AC was great. Shower had good pressure. The room and shower cubicle were TINY! I don’t know how 2 people would cope in there! The sound proofing between the rooms is VERY POOR and I had 2 nights of very little sleep. Take earplugs! My original room was up 6 flights of stairs so- as an oldie, I opted for the LG room instead. Honestly, I could have had a perfectly understandable conversation through the wall with my neighbours.

Don’t bother staying here. You can stay somewhere much nicer for not much more money. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, they charge you to leave your bag with them before you check in. For the extra £40 I spent on top of the room price I could have stayed somewhere nicer with that included. The staff came to the room and asked us not to use deodorant because it set the fire alarm off. I wouldn’t mind but there’s no warnings anywhere about this. The hotel was terribly noisy. You can hear people talking in other rooms, toilets flushing, people walking up and down the stairs and the cleaning attendants were very noisy in the corridors when cleaning the rooms next door. Not a comfortable stay or good nights sleep. Cheap hotel but spend an extra £30/£40 and stay somewhere with better amenities, that don’t charge you for tea/coffee facilities or to store your luggage and will be more enjoyable.
