Very professional and friendly staff. Front desk and room service crew was most responsive and respectful. I was happy with the room, a soft mattress, the easy access to London Underground, musuems and well known sights, and nearby restaurants. It's a pretty penny to stay here but I'd stay here again.

There are a few other hotels that are slightly closer to Kings Cross Station, but it’s worth the few extra steps as it’s a very nice hotel, staff are friendly, it feels safe inside and rooms are spacious and quiet.
