「We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal」

「Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... 」
