「Helpful staff in the restaurant, kids eat free」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. 「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「convenient location; room a bit small」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」
