Large clean rooms, really great breakfast buffet and amenities. The only thing for me was that it was a little farther out than I expected so getting to local attractions took time but overall I had a great experience here and would return.

Room was amazing. The old architecture with modern amenities was great. The onsen was beautiful. The hotel itself and the area around the hotel, including the gardens were stunning and fun to explore. A perfect oasis, I wish we could have stayed longer. Some lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. The free shuttle up the hill to the train station was appreciated, although the walk down to the hotel is worth doing. Stop at Naraya cafe as well!

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location near a subway stop. A short train ride takes you to Nagoya Castle and Nagoya Station. The room was well-designed and spacious. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent.

Awesome view and excellent service

The property by the river & the onsen was nice especially in the morning. Breakfast was great and staffs were super nice, helpful & respectful. If something brings back that would be the staffs.
