Great stay at Vienna Hotel! Perfect central location near the Canton Fair, with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The front desk was warm and welcoming—check-in was fast and easy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. As a business traveler with family, I really appreciated the thoughtful service throughout. Good customer service but the room is not the same as the photos they show, it’s very old and difficult to find the address as the map is showing in the building and it’s near to it. We also couldn’t find where the breakfast was served.

Property while not new, was still very comfortable. We found our room slightly small, but thats just our preference for rooms on the bigger size. The view was great. Staff was very helpful in all matters. Lobby was outstanding in looks.

I was really satisfied with my stay at Lavande Hotel (Dongxiaonan Branch). The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, cozy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well all night. The smart curtains and lighting control were very convenient, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was sufficient. The front desk staff were polite and professional, providing thoughtful but unobtrusive service. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
