We stayed in this hotel for three days and it was lovely. Great service, easily stored our bags for us while our rooms were being prepared. We are from New York, so I felt like even though this hotel is further away from some things, it felt extremely walkable. Would highly recommend for your next day in London.

It is a lot different to when i last stayed in 2019. No more separate toiletries in the room. They are now bottled fixed to the wall. Room was comfy and clean and staff very friendly but some of charges for extras are extortionate - £6.50 for a 3 egg omlette at breakfast and you need a mortgage if you need any clothes washed. Nowhere near as good as it used to be
