Tout est parfait à cet hôtel , c’est très propre et confortable et très bien situer, Je le recommande !

The hotel itself is excellent but the location is not the greatest. A little far to the nearest subway station, 7-Eleven or restaurants. But to be fair, the ‘a little far’ I referred to technically is not too far (less than 10 min walk to subway, 5 min to 7-Eleven and not too many restaurants nearby), just not as close as some other hotels we stayed in in Japan. But again, I do love the quality and space of the room in this hotel.

Room was clean and functional. Soundproofing is not the greatest and can get pretty noisy given the location being at a major intersection. Walking distance from Osaka Station via underground tunnels is great given the Summer heat. Lots of food and amenities in the neigbourhood.

Excellent hotel, room was spacious for our family of 4. It's a 9 minute walk to the nearest subway, 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away and a 7-11 at the corner. On the first day the washer-dryer malfunctioned, the front desk clerk was excellent and came up to do maintenance on it (a pipe was clogged) and after that it worked great. The place is spic and span.
