The hotel is a good hour from the airport by taxi and the last airport shuttle leaves at 5:40 pm. The hotel is very dated and could use an upgrade but the rooms are huge and have a great balcony. The restaurants are somewhat overpriced for evening meals but the breakfast add on is highly recommended. My kids spent hours in the pool which was never crowded. Staff was also very helpful. Two of the days we were there was a typhoon but it was fine. We just relaxed. Only thing to note there is a beach but it's across a busy 6 lane road with no cross walk. Also dining in was very expensive for dinner. But there are plenty of options for dining out nearby.
