Good stay in a great location, nothing too notable

The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Nice hotel, clean room. Odd bed layout but matches the pictures and it’s an efficient use of space.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. You have access to the Cosmopolitan and Aria through a walkway.

Digital clerk. Housekeeping by request. Concrete floors. But gets the job done for a lower budget.

Loved this hotel. What an amazing find in such a big city. History and Nostalgia with an excellent Diner attached. Had a great engagement checking in and checking out as well as in the parking lot with valet parking. The room was comfortable and so fun and the pool was amazing - what a great location. Will definitely return

Amazing location and staff. Our little family, with two kids under 10, had a great time — clean rooms, good amenities. The highlight was the kind, helpful staff — who were always friendly and proactively helpful. The only knocks on our stay was the long elevator delays due to two elevators being down + they didn’t have enough bikes for us to use … which was odd for a weekday in the non-peak season. Not sure why they promote free courtesy bikes if they don’t have more than 6 total for 200+ rooms. I’d probably stay here again. The bikes being more readily available would’ve made that a definitely.
