Very good residential building. nothing around the properly except a small grocery shop. Great view and great amenities.

The room was spacious & clean, although in my opion it will need some upgrading in the not too distant future. The sea view rooms should be re-classified as partial sea view, due to the amount of trees blocking it. There is 1 particularly large tree that overhangs the pool, possible attention to the branches, before they crack in a storm & hurt someone. There is serious erosion outside the grounds of this hotel, making it almost impossible to walk along the beach here, plus the sea is extremely polluted. The pool is a good size & clean, but there are not enough loungers, plus the cushions could do with a good scrub, pool towels were available. Outside & along the street there are numerous places to eat & at night it is lined with a market, food is very cheap, alcohol not so, however, you can easily get a meal for 2 with a drink for well under £15, we don't eat much & were paying approximately £9 including beer. The staff were lovely & helpful nothing too much trouble. A bus stop is just next door for a trip to Georgetown costing about 6+ myr but they don't give change.

Excellent check in experience. Good hotel breakfast. But i found hairs in my hotel bathroom that doesn't belong to me.

Clean, large room with great Seaview. Lots of restaurants/food options nearby. Great street art to view while on a walk.

Our stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable, clean, and quiet environment, and its proximity to Queensbay Mall was very convenient. A special commendation goes to Ms Azura, whose consistent warm welcome and cheerful demeanor significantly enhanced our breakfast experience. The breakfast itself was already among the best we have encountered. Additionally, Dave, the chef at the warm food counter, consistently prepared exceptionally fluffy and moist omelets. Mr. Shakib, a member of the executive lounge service crew, was remarkably attentive. He was the first to proactively inquire if we required any alcoholic beverages or beer, beyond those available at the self-service drink counter. Our housekeeper, Jitender, also deserves recognition. He always greeted us with enthusiasm and diligently ensured that everything was in order throughout our stay. We look forward to returning to Eastin Hotel Penang on our next visit to the area.

I stayed at Wesley Hotel Penang during a business trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it suitable for work travel. The staff were polite, and the stay was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a good choice for a short business stay.
