Great place

I had to write this review just because I needed to put it out there how rude and unaccommodating and angry the receptionist was at this hotel. It’s too bad that they have to employ someone those that to “welcome” people and be the face of the hotel! She had an angry face, she didn’t look up to talk to us at arrival, I asked if there was anyone to help you test a car and she just said without looking at me and in a mean way “we don’t do that”! Then she explained how they don’t clean unclean u call everyday to get help, and towels too. And at check out we were late and we had the car parked with them and we asked for the car and it was taking time so my daughter said don’t think we can check in the car as we are late for the airport and she looked up “for the first time” - same girl as the one that welcomed us and said we have that one valet in a sarcastic way, and this is when I looked at her and said we are just asking nicely if u could acknowledge that we need assistance with letting the people know that were late and the car is late to come come up! So just that ruined our stay and we left agitated because of that girl. So it’s just sad that a good hotel can turn out to be a bad experience for a guest because of one angry mean and obnoxious character like her. Wish I knew her name but I’m sure the hotel knows!
