Good overnight with a delayed flight. Property is very big. But service is good.

The hotel location is fantastic and the stash are generally very helpful and courteous. My reason for a three star rating was based on personal issues like bed and pillow comfort and noise levels between rooms. The mattress being too soft for my back; and the pillows being too thick for my comfort level. Also the quality of breakfast foods, especially the eggs, in my opinion is substandard. The eggs fell and taste heavily processed. Overall however I think the hotel offers reasonable value and the location makes it's good choice for people seeking a fun bay/harbor experience.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. This is by far the best hotel my family has ever stayed at.

The building itself is truly impressive, with a sense of history and grandeur that makes a strong first impression. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring San Francisco. That said, some areas of the hotel feel dated. The hallways in particular look old and have a harsh white lighting that feels more like a hospital than a luxury property. The rooms have high ceilings and a good size, which is a plus, but the bathrooms are relatively small. The white lighting in the rooms also creates a very cold ambiance, which takes away from the overall comfort. In general, much of the furniture throughout the hotel could benefit from a renovation. Overall, it’s a beautiful historic property in a great location. With some thoughtful modernization that respects and blends with the hotel’s classic character, it could truly be exceptional.

Clean everything just a lil outdated but friendly staff

It was ok, it’s older. The rooms are ere decent and it was clean. No complaints
