Overall, I’d say the best part about this hotel is the location and proximity to public transportation. That’s a huge plus if you plan on traveling all over the city. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself staying here again unless the price happens to be an amazing deal. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. The bathroom, specifically the bathtub, was gross. Again, it wasn’t the worst place to stay but I expected better after reading everyone else’s reviews. Maybe I went on a bad week, I don’t know.

Amazing location, clean and spacious room. Our view was great but I wish we had gotten the Times Square view, just because I know it would have been spectacular. The staff that we interacted with were all helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
