Tokyo Kid friendly Holidays

Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options.

This is a very good hotel with a great view of the Skytree. The staff are polite, the rooms are clean, and the location is convenient. If you stay in an executive-level room, you can enjoy free drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t turn on the air conditioning in winter, so if your room faces west, it can get a bit too warm.

Great location but small, dated rooms and extremely difficult to get to the hotel entrance or parking via car due to traffic in the area.

7-11 downstairs for convenience and good for gifts on limited time; good restaurants in lobby, hotel close to other restaurants, shops

Did not honor my platinum level because i booked via expedia. I did not like it. My status was earned, irrespective of which rate i am paying during my stay.

The hotel was impressive. The views stunning. The staff wonderful & amazing. This hotel is the Queen of Tokyo.

In a more business area. Free shuttle bus to the train station which was very convenient
