「This was the most accommodating hotel that I have ever been to! Continental breakfast, and two free drinks a night at happy hour is unheard of! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well designed with a pull out couch in a separate room from the bed so that it feels almost like two rooms. In a time where I’m used to feeling ripped off after staying at a hotel, I left feeling very accommodated! 」

「The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless.」

「The hotel is ok, the staff is excellent. I don’t like the shutter service, because some time is not available. There are security problems in the surrounding area. I will still return because the place is good. I hope they can fix the shutter service because it is useful for the professionals who are here for a few days.」
