「很好」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「Super unhelpful staff. I was told there was no aircon because we weren't staying in one of their "executive rooms" so the front desk staff suggested me to open the windows. We didn't feel safe because the room was on the ground floor facing right at a public car park for commercial vehicles (the hotel/motel is located on the route of highway M25). The staff then offered me an electric fan but it took them more than 2 hours to get it (after I walked back and forth to the front desk and chased...

「It was a grat place to stay at, the night before our holiday. Breakfast was excellent 」

「Charming and exuberant Spanish man checked me in. As I didn't have a phone that worked in the UK, I had to complete some steps at check-in that most people could do ahead of time. Not a problem. I had a ground floor room; quite roomy, with a desk, kettle, coffee/tea, etc. Bath had a large tub with shower hose. Bath towels were very nice. Bed was very soft, and the springs squeaked when I moved. It's a way from Brighton but was perfect for coming back late from Hove. I would stay again.」

「The room was basic but clean 」

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...

「Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. 」

「The whole hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clean, main light in room a little dull, bathroom was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was lovely all good quality. Nice big garden seating area, very relaxing in the sun. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for one night but decided to stay for two as we were very impressed with hotel. The hotel is opposite the train station and very close to the shopping centre, restaurants, pubs and beach.」
