"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. "This is the second time I stayed in Hinoen when I visited Taipei. It did not disappoint. The quality of service is consistently good and staff is courteous and helpful. I will stay again next time."

"Our unit was a windowless suite. We actually didn't miss not having a window since we had a beautiful mural of Taipei 101 in its place! Decor was a little spartan, no room for luggage storage. For the price, it was fine, we were comfortable enough. Location was good, easy access to mdrt and lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Taipei main station is about 15 mins walk from the hotel. Ximen station is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of food options nearby. There are convenience stores nearby as well. Hotel looks small from outside, but room was decent size. They provide free green tea in the lobby and there is a lounge area too. "

"It’s inside a commercial building and with another hotel. Reception is in the basement. Game room, restaurant and laundry room are all in this floor. Staff are good and efficient. You have to use the electronic key to access your floor so it’s supposed to be safe. And I have to mention they provide free cup noodles that I can’t find in anywhere else."

"Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. Recommend to put a shower curtain to prevent water splashing to the rest of the bathroom creating slip and fall hazard and still providing easy handicapped accessible function."

"We were greeted with afternoon tea which was really nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. They even drew a diagram of where the bottled water was placed in the room (the refrigerator and water was inside a wall cabinet that we had not noticed).
