「This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute....

「Fantastic location right by everything. Very clean. Great service checking in. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was always full and area was kept very clean. Only negative I could think of is there is spot in pool shallow end that is sharp and we cut our foot on. Otherwise no complaints and will book another stay at same hotel for our tournament next year!!」
