The day we were due to come in the airport closed and we had a lot of delays Sharma assured us and we had a seamless check in. They are so patient and compassionate. 「bad front desk service」

「Overall it was an enjoyable stay. For the price, service needs to be taken up a notch. When we checked in there were zero bath towels in our room we had to track someone down to get some, that was a first at any property I’ve stayed at. They definitely need a different system for dinner reservations as several people mentioned in reviews, everything shows booked for the first few days after check in yet there seem to be plenty of empty tables at every restaurant . 「This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.」
