Literally, from the valet, to reception (KAYLI-sp?), everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and just top-notch. The hotel is meticulous and inviting. It is a place you want to come home to every night After being out visiting Derry and seeing the sites. It is also centrally located within the city walls...

「Overall, hotel a bit tired. Room fine and goid walk in shower. Reception staff and some others, notably Patsy, very good. However, some younger waiting staff in bar and restaurant sorely in needvof training on the job and customer service. 」

「 The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut.」

「What a fantastic place! 10 Individual rooms, a large guest house vibe with a massive living room and kitchen and you can order breakfast in bed for £5.50 and it was delivered hot and on the dot! They run a clean ship here too! Check in was great with Vllin and all communication sound. They went above and beyond for me and I would give this a solid 10/10」

「We were greeted by a super friendly Seamus and made to feel right at home. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great too. Fantastic location, super easy to get about. Would love to stay again!」
