「A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. 「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.」
