「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「The hotel was fine inside but quite untidy outside. We waited over an hour to check in but once that was done I have no real complaints and would stay there again.」

「Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. 」

「The room that me and my son stayed in was room 90. This is advertised for 2 persons but it's really not. The bedroom is really a single stay because the double bed my son had to climb over me to get in or out of bed and it would have been the same if I slept near the wall. On one occasion he almost had an accident climbing out of the bed. It is definitely not fit for two people in a double bed. There was also the tap washer on the cold tap constantly dripping wasting water and a leak behind the...

「This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after. Location wise, it is a great place to stay, and we were very happy with the price we paid for a weekend stay in May. 」
