My husband was in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to get around the pool around - there were no ramps and umbrellas were placed in the pathway so you couldn't get by with a wheelchair.. There were no ramps, the door to the lap pool area was broken, the doors were not handicap accessible/push buttons to open doors.」

「First time in Bahamas but not my first Riu. This Riu property by far was the best one to date. What i liked: property is not overly big and you can find everything pretty easily. The staff was superb especially Vera Carter as a head chef. The beach was outstanding. My ocean view was worth every penny. Food was good. What i didnt like: jerk chicken grill had the same menu every day - please change it up. No ATM on property - you have to go to the Atlantis. Add a bit more entertainment at pool...

「I enjoyed my 3 week stay at A Taste of Paradise, while here on business. It was a quiet, clean and safe place to rest after a long day’s work. The family that owns it were very friendly and helpful with all my questions about the home and local area. Beautiful beaches are all around but suggest you have a rental car. Amazing restaurants are all around too without having to venture into downtown Nassau. Some of my favorite restaurants were Bahamia, Kyma Seafood Grill, Southwest Diner and Bar...

「The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...
