Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.

The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money.

Our stay at the golden palms was wonderful. It was quiet, the staff was extremely kind and friendly and there were a few restaurants and the beach a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the Bahamas

This is a place unlike any other. It is like a hotel and B & B, there is a small staff, godd service, convenient location, and old style Bahamas architecture. I plan to visit here everytime I go to Nassau
