「Great weather kind people at front desk room was ready earlier then expected Smelled so good in the lobby the room was so clean and nothing was missing. Felt like home 」

「很好的亲子度假酒店，酒店有很好的位置，房间有很好的风景。疫情期间，还是坚持开放游泳池等设施（尽管要预约）。唯一遗憾是旅游旺季，价格不够亲民」

「We had a wonderful weekend staying here. Nice staff and comfortable room. 」

「My sister and I stayed here last summer. Having the balcony and kitchenette made it the most relaxing vacation we'd ever had. All the staff we met were wonderful, everything on the grounds and in our room is was so clean (there weren't any cobwebs on our balcony, for example) and the service is incredibly responsive. We plan on returning every year, if we can. We aren't members and have to wait until the rooms open up to the general public to book. We highly recommend this hotel !!」

「This hotel is in the core of Collingwood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, LCBO, & grocery store. The room was beautifully decorated, convenient and free parking, VERY clean (which is always a dealbreaker of mine when i read reviews), great key system (works with your phone) and the staff were friendly. Cons: we found the room very small (2 adults, 2 young kids) and no microwave (but awesome sized mini fridge!). Overall we had a great stay, the beds were comfy and we all got a good night...
