“What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall.”

“We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. “This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front……

“We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. Studio was well stocked with random necessities. Appreciated the ability to use the carport. For me, the shower head was more than adequate in height, a convenience often overlooked.
